Job Title: Temp - LVN/LPN - Clinic (Days)

Location: 2100 S Liberty Dr, Bloomington, IN 47403

Shift: Monday - Friday 5:15am - 1:30pm (8 Hour Days)

Duration: 13 Weeks

Pay Rate: $30-$35/Hourly

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 1 Year of Medication Administration - Required
• Indiana LPN License - Required
• BLS - Required
• Must be able to draw blood - Required
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Please ensure your traveler is aware that this is an OTP Clinic
