**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites before the commencement of a project
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
- Help with setting up and removing temporary structures like scaffolding
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and mixing
- Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials to ensure a safe work environment

- Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor tasks

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment operation
