- Collaborating with the DON and ADON to assess and manage the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Supervising and ensuring that all nursing services personnel are diligently following their job descriptions.
- Participating in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies at the request of DON and ADON.
- Conducting daily rounds within the Nursing Services Department to guarantee that all nursing service personnel are delivering care in alignment with established nursing standards.
