- Assist in the development and implementation of changes to the company website, mobile apps, and related products
- Help manage projects and workflows for the web production team.
- Collaborate with IT, Design and internal clients
- Other duties may be assigned
- High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4 years of experience as a web producer or quality assurance expert, and a working knowledge of web and mobile app development required.
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail or similar project management and testing software.
- A passion for continuing education and the application of AI and automation in workflows.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
