COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience. LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane SummaryAs a Marketing Department Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing operations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in coordinating various marketing activities and projects. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your marketing skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful marketing campaigns. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the organization and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and other marketing events.
Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature, such as brochures, flyers, etc.
Maintain a database of vendors and third-party agencies.
Coordinate logistics of auction signage and promotional materials.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred, but not required
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords).
Creative problem-solving skills.
A keen eye for detail.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced industry
Ability to communicate clearly and quickly via email, phone, and instant message
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to prioritize and complete many tasks and projects that are assigned at once
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of organizational skills and attention to detail
The individual may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
