Director of Human Resources primary focuses are in five core areas: Recruit and Onboard Top Talent, Staffing Levels, Employee Retention, Compliance on Federal, State, and Local Regulations, and Company Policies, procedures, and employee benefits. The HR Director is also responsible to promote a positive and productive culture within the organization.
