This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. - Leading projects to improve reliability and cost across multiple departments
- Driving improvements plantwide through a Continuous Improvement mindset
- Implementing Six Sigma and Lean principles within all departments
- Identifying and supporting the installation of new technologies throughout the facility
- Mentoring and coaching Engineers, Supervisors, and project leaders
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- Five (5) combined years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Product Process Engineering in a private, public, government or military environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineer, Materials Science or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting and pace
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated experience to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions
- Experience in reliability engineering
