HR Generalist will oversee all aspects of HumanResources practices and processes. HR Generalist will supportbusiness needs and ensure the proper implementation of companystrategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote corporate valuesand enable business success through human resources managementincluding job design recruitment performance management training& development employment cycle changes talent management andfacilities management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategiesand initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridgemanagement and employee relations by addressing demands grievancesor other issues Manage the recruitment and selection processSupport current and future business needs through the developmentengagement motivation and preservation of human capital Develop andmonitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures acrossthe organization Nurture a positive working environment Oversee andmanage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceMaintain pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs toapply and monitor training programs Report to management andprovide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliancethroughout human resource management.

Minimum Qualifications

Other Knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite : Word Excel and PowerPointMicrosoft Outlook and PeopleSoft HCM.
