Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital
- Handle vendor management and communication
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Ensure corporate policies and procedures are followed
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with financial tracking
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in team management is preferred
