Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, and the preparation of financial statements.
· Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards by reconciling and maintaining financial records.
· Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks, ensuring efficient and precise financial management.
· Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining clear and accurate records.
· Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial decision-making.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote financial transparency and reporting.
· Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
· Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements.
· Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
· 2 years of accounting experience with a strong background in general ledger, bank reconciliation, QuickBooks, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
