Position: HRIS & Workforce Analysis Specialist

Location: Huntersville, NC

Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HRIS & Workforce Analysis Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, workforce planning, and human resources. As a Workforce Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to help the company make informed decisions regarding staffing, resource allocation, and organizational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs and Maintains the HRIS in support of the organizations' data management and reporting needs.
• Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.
• Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports.
• Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.
• Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
• Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
• Collects and analyzes data related to turnover, employee demographics, recruiting or staffing.
• Uses analysis to forecast hiring, scheduling, or other workforce planning needs.
• Maintains databases, validates sources of data, and produces reports.
• Supports HRSC team.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience

- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (ADP would be a plus) and database management tools.
