Description:

Russo’s Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled part-time Assistant Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. Under the direction of our Pastry Chef, the ideal candidate should be detailed oriented and passionate about creating delicious deserts.

Job Requirements include:

• Experience in Pastry experience.
• Assist with the daily operations of such items as cake decorating, cookies, and other pastries.
• Able to work with various toppings, icing, fondant, to ensure beautiful presentation of deserts.
• Highly organized, and able to work well in a high-intensity kitchen/ work environment.
• Ensure all standards for food safety and sanitation are met at all times.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Schedule: 3 to 4 days a week (includes weekdays, weekends, holidays)

Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk up and down stairs the entire shift 6 hours. Fast-pace Kitchen work environment.
