DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Sales management & leadership

-Hit sales quotas.

-Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team.

-Create sales forecasts.

-Design & implement a scalable sales strategy.

-Continuously iterate on & improve upon sales processes

-Project expected sales volume & formulates steady growth

-Keep the team motivated MONTHLY TARGETS for INBOUND & OUTBOUND SALES - 45k to 55K in sales for the first 3 months & strategically increase based on lead forecasts & projection.

Employee shall receive an annual salary of $100k with monthly evaluations and potential bonuses as deemed appropriate; said amounts to be determined in the sole discretion of the Employer.

Paychecks will be issued as follows: - Twice a month Employee will be entitled to other similar benefits of employees of similar rank and position after completion of 6 month employment
