Job Description:

• Reporting directly to the founder and Chairman of the Board, responsibilities include full profit and loss accountability and overall management tasks of the company’s Houston Branch location. In addition to directing and leading the marketing of all of the company's services for the Houston location, this key position will have the duty of ensuring that all positions are staffed and trained as necessary.
• The Safesite Houston General Manager will ensure the continued adherence to Safesite’s business principles of our commitment to excellence, providing quality customer service, and maintaining long term customer relationships.
• Direct reports to this position include; Branch Operations Manager, Sales and Marketing team, and Administrative Staff.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have both operations and sales management experience where you have managed at least 3 direct salespersons.

• The successful candidate will be a professional with integrity and a disciplined work ethic.
• Experience in managing a service business, a proven record of achievement in business-to-business sales, ability to motivate staff to attain company goals, and a winning attitude.
• Successful candidate will have good communication skills, be familiar with basic office computer programs and live in the Houston, Texas area.
• College degree preferred.
