Company Description
From JAG Hospitality Restaurant Group, Haii Keii, is slated to open in River Oaks in late July 2024. The Asian-inspired concept is the brainchild of two restaurant veterans, Chef Jeff Auld and Jarred Tosto. Guests will find a menu as diverse as the cultures it represents. Pekin Duck, Japanese Milk Bread, maki, sashimi and Asian-inspired small plates, as well as Wok-fired dishes and in-depth Japanese, Australian and American Wagyu selections. Chef de Cuisine, Jeffrey Taylor, spent 7 years with Morimoto NYC before landing at Uchi and now Haii Keii.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at Haii Keii located in Houston, TX. As a General Manager, your main responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees, as well as collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
