Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team that would transition to being a case manager. The ideal candidate will provide support to lawyers and current case managers.

Duties:
- Contacting insurances for liability and to resolve property damage

- Updating clients on their case

- Communicating with facilities on bills accumulated

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or legal field
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Bilingual (Spanish)

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with document review processes
- Understanding of contract drafting and review
- Knowledge of Casepeer procedures

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
