Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying
- Provide clients consistent updates on their case regarding negotiations
- Manage office tasks using Outlook and Docusign
- Assist in proofreading documents and transcribing information
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience with negotiations whether it be with attorneys, insurance, or health facilities
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Experience using DocuSign for document management
- Excellent organizational skills for office management tasks
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy
