We are seeking multiple Custodial associates to work out of the new World Gym located in Houston, TX.

What you'll do:

• Provide guidance and direction to ensure the completion of tasks in accordance with standards and schedules.
• Train new custodial staff members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities based on individual strengths and workload requirements.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and thoroughness of cleaning services.
• Act as a liaison between custodial staff and higher management.
