Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in maintaining and supporting IT platforms, particularly CRM and/or ERP.
- Knowledge of data modelling (database concepts) and data visualization tools (like Visio).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Report writing experience preferred – SSRS, Crystal Reports or similar tools.
- Project management skills, including using project tools like Planner, JIRA, etc.
- Experience in using Transact SQL (TSQL) is also preferred.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and oral.
- Be available for after-hours work for issue resolution and system upgrades as necessary.
- Be someone that is excited about improving processes and helping drive efficiency and excellence.
- Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously with regular interruptions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality and discretion while working collaboratively in an office environment, independently and as a team member.
