- Reviews and verifies all invoices for appropriate approval and supporting documentation.
- Allocates the expenses to the appropriate accounts and departments.
- Assists the A/P team in processing weekly payments.
- Assists the A/P team with vendor maintenance and additional cleanup from a recent software transition.
- Assists the A/P team with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed.
- Assists the accounting team in providing supporting documentation for the yearly review.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
