Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and focused individual to join our team as an eCommerce Specialist for a growing health, wellness and beauty supplement brand. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our e-commerce strategy forward, expanding our reach, and managing our brand on Amazon.com, and other online marketplaces. Ideal candidates will have specific experience with Amazon Marketplace and be familiar with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Project Zero, and related tools and processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with the ability to recognize opportunities and solve problems effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily product catalog management and listing optimization across online marketplaces to drive sales and product awareness.
• Recommend and implement strategies to sell products across multiple marketplaces.
• Manage relationships with key marketplace contacts to address any issues effectively.
• Continually review and optimize search & positioning strategies and analyze performance metrics to maintain growth, relevance, and competitive edge for all SKUs.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all marketplace accounts for inventory concerns, policy violation or account health warnings and customer communications.
• Manage and optimize product listings on marketplaces, including organic search terms, paid search terms and other promotional campaigns.
• Perform Keyword Research and optimize listings for better performance and sell through.
• Ensure all listings have on-brand content, both copy and graphics, that effectively promotes product's features, benefits and value proposition, creating consumer enthusiasm.
• Responsible for analyzing & maximizing customer reviews, Q&A, images, etc. on retailer and marketplace websites. In working with appropriate team lead at partner accounts, ensure reviews are syndicated and up to date
• Troubleshoot blocked, suspended, suppressed or inactive listings.
• Manage and troubleshoot product variations and mergers throughout the catalog.
• Remain up to date with marketplace best practices, new trends and platform updates.
• Regularly communicate with team members to validate key information such as current pricing and receipt of goods
• Audit retail partner websites, ensuring most up-to-date information is displayed ensuring accuracy in copy, imagery, pricing, and items submitted for promotion are featured on sites.
• Compile summarized progress reports to management
• Ad hoc reports for upper management

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Training: Must satisfactorily complete all In-house training
• Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience and knowledge of MS Excel; supplement industry experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
