Probitas Technology, Inc. is Hiring a Human Resources (HR) Generalist Near Harrisburg, PA
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent and one year of Human Resources experience required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge will be considered.
- Competence in most Human Resources disciplines, especially employee relations, selection processes, and employee engagement. Knowledge in career development, and change management preferred.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with state and federal employment laws, and understand or be able to quickly learn the assigned area's business model and its implications for Human Resources strategy and tactics.
- Ability to diagnose organizational problems and implement Human Resources strategies and solutions; coaching, counseling, conflict management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret, and apply written information.
- Ability to learn and apply intermediate computer skills, including the use of the Human Resources Information System and other web-based systems.
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
