Summary:

This position maintains and coordinates the production of all screens related to the entire screen printing process.

Hours: 4:30 PM-3:00 AM Mon-Thur (Voluntary overtime available during peak season!)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day to day screen making production process for all screen print operations.
  2. Maintain and trouble shoot problems with the Eco Rinse Machine.
  3. Assists in the approval process of designs before production can start running an order; when ink color is in question.
  4. Examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain and trouble shoot problems with the EcoTex Reclaim Machine.
  6. Maintain and trouble shoot problems with DTS machines.
  7. Advise employees on methods and best use practices of screens.
  8. Expedite workflow based on the production schedule, while maintaining due dates.
  9. Help standardize procedures to improve the efficiency of the screen production process.
  10. Consistently demonstrate and teach others L2 Brands's Core Values.

  • The employee is frequently required to; walk, reach with hands and arms, reach above shoulders, talks and hears.
  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Frequently required to lift up to 12 pounds.
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities that may be required for the job include; close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
  • Frequently required to twist at the waist.
