At Plamondon Hospitality Partners, our Bistro Servers are instrumental to our success. They play a vital role in setting up, stocking, and maintaining all food and beverage department work areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekend availability, AM / Day and PM / Night shifts
Prepare food items based on customer orders.
Order, receive, and stock food and beverage items.
Stay attentive to guest food allergies, dietary needs, and special requests.
Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all kitchenware and dining areas.
Perform physical tasks including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday.
Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs.
