Responsibilities:

• Assist in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statement package.
• Maintains spreadsheets of significant general ledger accounts to support balances contained
  on the general ledger.
• Prepares and reconciles monthly bank statements, investigates, and resolves reconciling items
  in a timely manner.
• Reconciles the firm’s depository account on a daily basis to insure all deposits made and
  electronic transfers received have been properly posted in the general ledger.

Requirements

• Computer experience and knowledge of Excel required.
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is a plus.
