Responsibilities:
- Cooking and Meal Prep:
- Plan and prepare healthy and tasty breakfasts and lunches.
- Prepare dinner ahead of time so it's ready for the evening.
- Shop for groceries and manage pantry inventory to keep everything stocked.
- Accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Household Management:
- Perform daily cleaning and organizing tasks to maintain a tidy and welcoming home.
- Clean and organize kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and other household spaces.
- Oversee weekly deep cleaning performed by professional cleaners.
- Personal Assistance:
- Run errands and assist with shopping.
- Manage family calendars and appointments.
- Assist with travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries.
- Pack and unpack for family vacations, ensuring all necessary items are included.
- Organize and plan family events and gatherings.
- Pet Care:
- Assist with the care and feeding of the family's three dogs.
- Schedule and coordinate vet appointments and grooming.
- Ensure dogs get regular exercise and attention.
- Household Coordination:
- Keep the household schedule organized, including cleaning and maintenance routines.
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors as needed.
- Manage household supplies and inventory, ensuring all essentials are stocked.
- Home Security:
- Ensure the home is secure, manage alarm systems, and handle keys.
- Address any security concerns promptly.
- Event Planning:
- Plan and organize events, dinners, and gatherings.
- Coordinate with caterers, decorators, and other service providers to ensure events run smoothly.
- Manage RSVPs and guest lists for events.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain household records and documents.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a House Manager, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Great cooking skills with a knack for healthy meal planning.
- Super organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable using household management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
