The Service Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating service and project calls, dispatching technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service.

Responsibilities :

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, preventative maintenance, and service projects.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on arrival times.
• Prioritize and assign service calls based on urgency and technician availability.
• Communicate effectively & in a timely manner, with both internal and external customers.
• Systematically record service calls, technician schedules, ordering of material, accurate notes, and client information.
• Resolve or escalate customer issues or concerns appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members in a respectful manner.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in dispatching, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project).
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Being a team player and dependable.
