Goodis Endodontics is Hiring a Front Desk Dental Receptionist Near Grosse Pointe, MI

Job Overview:
Endodontic office seeking a friendly and experienced Dental Specialty Receptionist for our 3rd, Eastside location. You must be detailed oriented and able to multitask. Dental experience is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and schedule appointments
- Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

-Dailey bank deposits, create insurance claims and submit claims in a timely manner.

-Asst with presenting and explaining treatment plans. Also, must be comfortable with office IT functions.
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide administrative support as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office
