We are looking for a dedicated, motivated Human Resources Clerk to join our team.
Requirements:
Prior experience working with human resources concepts including employment law, employee discipline and training is a plus. Experience working with unemployment claims and the Texas Workforce Commission is desired but not required. Experience with Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must!
The successful candidate will have experience with the following:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills;
*Demonstrated knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws;
*Strong analytical capability;
*Ability to meet strict deadlines;
Responsibilities:
The clerk must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. The clerk will advise facility personnel on company policies and procedures, and help develop corrective actions if there are potential disciplinary problems. Additionally, the clerk will respond to unemployment claims, wage verifications, and deductions/benefits questions from facility staff.
