**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to provide high-quality medical services.

**Duties:**

- Provide nursing care in home setting

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

- Maintain accurate patient records

- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team

- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention

- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards

**Skills:**

- Proficient in IV insertion techniques

- Experience in pediatric nursing

- Knowledge of hospital medicine practices

- Strong grasp of medical terminology

- Skill in infant care

- Competence in conducting medical procedures
