Immediate Full-time Opening!
HR Fusion LLC - a preferred recruiting partner of a large manufacturer in Greencastle, IN is seeking an AP Clerk for a full time position.
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for monitoring the outflow of capital for the company. Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
- Facilitates payment of vendors, along with matching up and entering all AP invoices, reviewing purchase orders as needed to help resolve any discrepancies between invoices and POs.
- Tracking and managing Certificate of liabilities on vendors, vendor statements and monthly reconciliation on accounting files.
- Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
- Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices.
- Physical filing of papers will be required
- Other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required, Business or Accounting experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
