Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries primarily through emails and phone calls
- Perform data entry tasks to track customer interactions and transactions
- Schedule appointments or services as needed
- Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
- Handle order entries accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
- Communicate effectively with customers, fostering strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar
- Proven skills in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls
- Experience in a call center customer service environment
- Proficiency in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly
- Knowledge of order entry systems and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in scheduling appointments in a professional setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Must pass all compliance and non-discrimination policies and screenings.
