Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to every client.
  • Expand client relationships through cross-selling and account rounding, with bonus opportunities.
  • Manage client interactions across multiple channels including in-person, email, phone, and text.
  • Handle renewals, re-marketing of accounts, and new policy quotations and bindings.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and manage your book of business efficiently.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Must hold a Property/Casualty License.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite and familiar with key insurance technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Tarmika).
  • At least 3 years of experience in an independent insurance agency setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A strong team player who is coachable, driven, and accountable.
