Location: In-office in Germantown, MD
Pay Rate: $28 - $30/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle AP and Purchase Order experience
- Experience processing within CostPoint
- Vendor maintenance
- Maintain AP inbox by responding to inquiries in a timely fashion
- Review outstanding checks and follow up with vendors to complete them
- Upload invoices, and review/submit non-PO and PO invoices for coding and approval
- Weekly check runs
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 3 years of experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable
- MUST HAVE DELTEK COSTPOINT
- Excellent communication
- Excel
