Essential Functions
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding procedures.
- Plan and conduct new hire orientation sessions to welcome and integrate new employees into the company culture.
- Support Employee Relations Director in managing employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in administering employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and management as needed.
- Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and coaching.
- Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience working in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
