Overview:
You will coordinate services that advance competitive, integrated employment for individuals served across partner programs. Your primary role is to connect individuals with disabilities to appropriate partner programs, promote a streamlined cross referral process, improve service and program access for individuals with disabilities, and guide braided service delivery across programs. WPN’s will serve as a resource for colleagues and may arrange for ongoing cross training across partner programs.
