Chicken Maison and Top Tenders is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, friendly professional fast food Assistant Manager to join our restaurant staff. As the Manager, you will be responsible for FOH. 40 hours, 2 closing shifts.

In this position, delivering outstanding customer service will be your main objective. Additional responsibilities include processing food orders, cleaning public spaces, and packaging orders. The ideal candidate will be friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, training, closing, supervising cashiers.
• Welcome customers and help with their orders.
• Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.
• Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
• Accept cash and return the correct change.
• Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
• Help kitchen staff when needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years proven experience in a customer service role in QSR restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
