Weekend/ Evening Receptionist

Well established retirement community in Gardena is looking for an organized, outgoing, self-motivated Front Office Weekend Receptionist for our 108-bed assisted living facility. Assists and reports directly to the facility Administrator. Very busy, active front office…every day is something new. Must be dependable, reliable, patient, team player. Must display leadership, initiative and good decision making ability. Must have excellent customer service skills and working relationships with patients, families, other staff, health care professionals and the community. Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism. Able to prioritize daily tasks/projects and multitask. Basic math, scheduling, data entry, phone and filing skills as well as computer (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills. Experience working with seniors/elderly a big plus.

Part- Time (Weekends- 8:00am-4:30pm; Weekdays 4-8:00pm)

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
