Responsibilities
- Aid in program reporting, analytics, and data feeds to enable targeted marketing, member lifetime value/growth opportunities, member loyalty, organizational improvement and assisting in communication of data analytics and research results
- Develop marketing automation campaigns with digital channels and email communication
- Aid with monthly and quarterly department and business reviews providing actionable insights to improve performance and member satisfaction
- Develop, extract, execute and track programs involving current Core, MCIF & other systems
- BS or BA in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of experience in data analytics preferred
- Driver’s License
- Intermediate level of coding required
