Responsibilities
- Manage the promotional calendar and associated budget.
- Develop and execute content strategy that positions Florida Credit Union as a thought leader and builds brand awareness.
- Manage internal communications efforts
- Manage the credit union’s public relations efforts, identify, and support sponsorships and events.
- Plan, coordinate and support firm-sponsored events, including management of event budget and expenses.
- Define product go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, messaging and channel selection.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and community organizations.
- Remain up-to-date on regulations, industry trends, and best practices in marketing.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or a business-related field. MBA preferred
- 7 years of experience in marketing
- Prior working knowledge and experience in a marketing and/or public relations role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven desire for personal and professional growth.
- Bank or credit union experience a plus
- This is an on-site position.
