The ideal person for this position has experience working outside, cleaning and enjoys working individually or on occasion as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable.

Responsibilities : Clean Preform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property. Clean hallways, walkways, and building exterior.

Complete grounds work such as picking up trash, blowing of breezeways, pressure washing various areas of community. This person will also assist team member in vacant units as needed.

Maintenance Install light bulbs, exterior painting as part of beautification on property. Other Pick up and empty trash containers on property.

If applicable, notify maintenance if something is not working correctly. Requirements : High school diploma or GED preferred.

Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional. Ability to read, write and speak English. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull. Able to work flexible hours. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
