The Mental Health Association is seeking a FT Parent Coach to work in our Family Support Services Division. The Parent Coach will work collaboratively with parents to create goals and implement strategies for improved parenting skills to focus on reunification of parent and child. Duties include, but are not limited to, performing client intake interviews and scheduling service times as needed, establishing and maintaining effective relationships and boundaries with clients, providing one on one parent mentoring and instruction on a weekly basis. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a collaborative and supportive environment is required. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education or a related field of study and/or two years’ related experience and a willingness to work evening and weekend hours.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
