Job Description |
Refugee Resettlement Case Manager is responsible for the direct case management of individual refugee cases (including minor children), timely delivery of core services, and consistent documentation of services to each refugee family served by LSSNCA. Under the guidance of the Resettlement Manager, the Case Manager will assist refugee and newcomer families to ease the transition, empower clients, and put him/her on the path to self-sufficiency. |
