The prime candidates will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. Consumer Rights: We are seeking a seasoned Civil Litigation Attorney, well-versed in taking cases from pre-lit to trial (pleadings, motions, dispositive motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, trial prep, etc.).

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
• Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings

• Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required
• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment
• Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred
• Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
