KAMY Real Property Trust is Hiring an In-House Counsel Near Fort Worth, TX

Looking for a part time attorney in Civil Litigation/Real Estate Law. This is a Hybrid Position and does involve regular meetings and appearing in Court cases.

Duties:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as negotiations and litigation.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
- Present oral arguments in court.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals.

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association.
- Proven experience as an attorney, preferably in the relevant practice area.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the specific practice area.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
