Looking for K-2 classroom teachers, 3-5 departmentalized teachers, and middle school subject area teachers. Small, family-friendly charter school with strong PTO, and a highly disciplined culture where teachers can teach and students will learn. Room for growth as we will be expanding each and every year for the next five years! Must be certified or ELIGIBLE to be certified!
Salary aligns with experience, certification, and education background. A classical school will NEVER change it's curriculum and does NOT have a testing culture (no iReady, constant test prep, digital learning, or district/unit/benchmark tests)! Come teach where we have well-mannered, disciplined, and engaged students eager to learn. We are taking it back to basics (cursive, penmanship, grammar and phonics, history/geography/science as early as Kindergarten, and classic literature reading the Great Books) where teachers control the classroom, we put pencil to paper, and use Socratic Discussions to push our kids to dig deeper! Apply today and secure a teaching position for 24/25. We will open our 6-12 campus (phase I with gym) in Fall 2025, then expand our current campus in Fall 2026, then expand Phase I of the upper campus in Fall 2027. Also looking for leadership positions every year as we grow!
