This entry level position is to answer phones, coordinate technicians’ schedules with the needs of new and existing customers while being a liaison between customers, technicians, and management.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Scheduling
• Service Titan experience a plus
• Answering phones timely and with professionalism

• Maintains excellent communication skills to aid in customer service, employee relations, and administrative duties

• Exceptional customer service

• Efficient completion of data entry and is computer savvy

• Accurate electronic documentation

• Manage and maintain calendar and appointments

• Experienced in Microsoft Office

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an office setting

• Able to remain calm under pressure during hectic periods of business

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail
• We prefer someone with experience in the trades. Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing. Or home services that deal with residential customers, scheduling, technicians, conflict resolution.
