Property Management company serving approximately 60 condominium and homeowner associations is seeking to hire a full time, experienced On-site CAM.

Candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience managing or working with Condo or HOAs in Florida and have a Florida CAM license.

The candidate must be a self-starter who can handle working with little supervision at times, have a personable and engaging personality, be an excellent communicator, be able to handle non-linear workflow, possess excellent organization skills, understand, and learn new concepts quickly, and have a desire for a varied but collegial work atmosphere.

Job duties include:

• Provide administrative, operational, and managerial advice to association boards and residents
• Development of Association budgets and financial reports
• Direct the enforcement of community association rules and restrictions
• Assist board members in the selection of contractors and insurance providers
• Interact with vendors to ensure timely completion of work
• Co-ordinate, track, and monitor work required by associations
• Oversee and authorize payment for Community Association services
• Perform site inspections
• Answer calls from residents, board members, vendors and partners
• Attend and take minutes at association board and member meetings
• Research Florida statutes to answer queries from board and residents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
