What You’ll Do:
As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee the property’s operations to ensure that exceptional service is delivered to all residents and the property is meeting its financial goals. You’ll also serve as a leader in our organization, championing the Coastal culture and ensuring associates have the tools, resources and direction to be engaged and successful. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Regional Manger.
Where You’ll Work:
Coastal Village is a 800-bed student housing community located near one of the fastest-growing colleges in the country— Florida Gulf Coast University. As one of only two student housing communities serving the university, Coastal Village features bed-to-bath parity, spacious 4-bedroom floorplans, in-unit washer and dryer, large closets, and lake views. Resort-style amenities include a lakeside pool, fire pit and hammocks, sand volleyball court, fitness center, resident lounge, and private shuttle.
