We are looking for an intelligent runner for our high-level real estate team. Duties will include picking up signs and lockboxes from our listed homes, doing vacant listing checks, creating and editing 3D Matterport videos of each listing, and running miscellaneous errands for team members. The job is part-time and flexible.

$11 hourly

• Provide your own method of transportation and have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pick up, carry, and plant Real Estate signs in yards.
• Organize and clean signs as needed.
• Able to follow instructions and use the best sense of judgment surrounding job details.
• Must be prompt when answering calls, texts, and emails.
• Must understand priorities and be flexible when assigned new tasks.

• Having your own method of transportation that can accommodate real estate signs is required
• You must be detail oriented.
